Turns out my diagnosis was spot on. No career threatening injury. Elbow inflammation, 15 day disabled list. This dolt wanted me to bookmark this...so thats what I am doing.
Look at the Hate I received for cautioning people against jumping to the conclusion that Strider had a career threatening injury. Turns out, I was right, as usual. Elbow inflammation, 15 day disabled list. Sports fans are way too childish.
@ryanberg20 Grow up kid. If he was 6'3 and thew 100 mph 20 times a game I would have said the same thing. Being 6'7 helps him throw 104, but it is still great strain on his elbow and shoulder.
THROWING HEAT 🔥
Jacob Misiorowski's 104.5 MPH pitch to strike out Kyle Schwarber Friday was the fastest pitch thrown by a starter in the pitch tracking era (since 2008) 🤯
@AtticusHonor@justin_west5@DRLTMN@scottcoleman55 Here is your career threatening injury. Inflammation. 15 day disabled list. I was right, you were wrong. I would expect an apology, but the childishness you exhibit would suggest you wont have the maturity level to offer one.
Freshman sprinter Jonathan Simms just helped Georgia come from behind to win the 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
Simms ran a 42.99 second anchor leg to erase a 1.66 second deficit and win by three one hundredths of second
@Nagoh76@scottcoleman55 Yeah, but it hasnt even been determined to be an injury yet. If he started experiencing arm soreness that would explain a drop in velocity. The "sky is falling" mentality of sports fans is unreal. Constantly looking for a reason to gripe, grumble and expect doom and gloom.
@justin_west5@DRLTMN@scottcoleman55 No it doesnt, "arm soreness" is very reasonable at this point in the season. Hes only started 8 games. He was out with an oblique injury for 6 weeks. He only pitched 8 innings in Spring training. Arm soreness, at this point, considering his injury history is more reasonable.
Not sure if Im just getting older, sports fans getting more immature, or its the effect social media has on people. But, Im becoming reluctant to admit to being a "Sports Fan". You guys are just way too childish. Braves best record in MLB, lose 3 gms and fans say "seasons over".
@DRLTMN@scottcoleman55 Well, coming back from elbow surgery would also explain arm soreness. Assuming a career threatening injury at the first sight of "arm soreness" is indeed quiet a leap.
@ryanberg20 Doesnt have anything to do with the strain on his elbow and shoulder. That may be why his mph is a bit higher, but it doesnt in anyway mean that the strain on his elbow shoulder is any less, dummy.
Trae Young says he wishes he never played it safe when he injured his ankle against the Bucks in 2021 and says had they beaten them, they’d win the championship.
"If I knew what I know now, I would have played through my sprained ankle. My agents were telling me not to play… We were two games away from going to the finals. We had beaten the Suns twice that year. You never know when that opportunity is going to come again."
"That's one thing that breaks me. I wish I would have just triple-taped it, put the ankle brace on top, and played through that pain." 🥲

Virtually a ball hog in that series. Averaged 5.1 assts for the season, dropped to 3.3 in the series. Took 3.5 more shots per/gm than Jayson Tatum in fewer minutes. Tatum's assists went from 5.3 regular season to 6.8 in the series. They were deferring to JB and it didnt work.
I agree its not worth trading Dyson. But, I dont want Jaylen Brown, at all. His "Everybody Hates Me" attitude is not good for team chemistry. Celtics were up 3 games to 1 against the 76ers and then lost 3 straight. Jalyen Brown was -57 in those 3 games.
