The end of the new livestream with Hiyuki's character has kinda further proven a theory that I've had about the 'miko' even back in 3.1: that she's the caretaker of Lahai-Roi's Sentinel. How?

We know the FedExostrider failed it's delivery and the Sentinel, per my theory video, is most likely sleeping/damaged in a hibernation pod underneath Sundermere at the moment.

What if the intended destination was Ashinohara? We know that Ashinohara is mostly destroyed by the Lament and down to one city- why that may be the case may perhaps be that it's Sentinel was never delivered...i.e. that Lahai-Roi's Sentinel is actually Ashinohara's Sentinel.

That answers a crucial question: why a Japanese inspired, and what is basically obviously an Ashinoharan person is doing in Lahai-Roi. The 'miko', a shrine maiden, doesn't just communicate but takes care of a god's abode, similar to the hibernation pod that it is probably sleeping in at the moment.

Further evidence corroborates this, as there are very few people from the Tidelost Forest lore (or another part of the Frostlands, I'm working entirely off memory atm), there are very few people who know there is a Sentinel in Lahai-Roi: the Heliodic Six because past Rover told them, as well as the upper levels of Startorch Academy which redacted and scrubbed the files immediately after a research team found a suspended figure/object under the Sundermere lakebed. In fact, the reason in the lore it's stated that they haven't bothered with the Sentinel is that it has a higher-level system that they can't crack, and the only approach they can take is to awaken the Exostrider instead, hence the current status-quo. However, if anyone in the Startorch leadership knows...it's Lucilla.

And who does Hiyuki talk to? Lucilla. The reveal that she has a connection to the Threnodian just further cements this- if she's the Sentinel's 'caretaker', then of course she would- she's been beefing with Aleph-1 the whole time
