I wrote this a bit less than a year ago. This #MothersDay, it's my ardent wish that there is less and less need for things like this to be written https://t.co/AEPuWwVG0t
#eNeuro: Findings from García-Lázaro and Teng show that the brain distinguishes between real and synthetic reverberation. This provides insights for enhancing realism in immersive virtual reality, music, and film production and using reverberation to guide navigation for blind and visually impaired people. @SKERIResearch

Visual illusions enter the political arena in this allusion to the scramble of 3D Magic Eye field emerging into a clear 3D image. The Magic Eye concept was developed @SKERIResearch by Dr. Christopher Tyler and is still providing popular and scientific insights today. 🗳️
@Toby_Ellmers It was the Associate Editor, but the decision came from the EiC, so I suspect we are done here. As a Reviewer I feel like I would be very frustrated to have put all this effort towards review to be completely overridden.
Nothing like the joy of seeing all Reviewers sign off on a paper revision as "accept" to then have the Editor wish it was actually a totally different paper and reject it.
@MariyaSweetwyne @chrstn_e Oh man, I would have never been able to get a K99 (definitely helped launch me to independence) if it had a 2 yr cutoff. Bill Gerrey, a pioneer in the blind accessibility space and a beloved member of our community passed away last October. We honor his legacy with the Blind Makers' Fund focused on supporting blind makers, inventors, & innovators. Join our campaign today! https://t.co/EqLsMjKLLn
