Today the retired business owner hands me a letter from @eircare threatening disconnection if HE doesn’t pay the bill. The bill that I’ve been asking and pleading for for months. Joke of a company. Absolutely disgrace

Last week out of utter frustration I contacted @eircare on social media because we had spent 7 months and countless hours on the phone trying to take over 2 phone numbers from a retired business owner. Promised it would be sorted by Friday.
