SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS // The team are nearing the west coast, they have had sideways rain, been stuck in a peat bog but have worked as a team all the way through with a smile on their faces!
EAST COAST // Leaving Dunnottar Castle on Saturday we started our journey east across stunning and challenging landscapes. We also enjoyed a husky ride on route!
SCOTLAND COAST TO COAST // The team of 11 injured veterans who are embarking on our first Scotland expedition started LANTRA off road driver training and first aid yesterday, which is going really well. This evening they will travel North to start the 5 day expedition
WEST COAST // The team who completed the UK cost to coast did a great job, facing some challenges along the route but stuck together and worked as a team. Well done! Quick turn around and a new team start training for Scotland tomorrow!
TEAM COAST TO COAST // The team meet yesterday at the VetRun180 HQ and had their first night camping last night together. The next 2 days we are completing LANTRA off driving and first aid at work qualifications with @landroverexp Skipton before heading to the east coast.

Captain Alex Gibson, who has motor neurone disease, is hoping to lead his team to the accolade of the fastest pedalo-ers to travel the length of the Thames for charity.
COAST TO COAST // A team of 10 injured veterans will be completing a UK coast to coast 4x4 expedition next week! Starting on the east coast traversing the Yorkshire Moors, Dale’s and Lake District finishing on the west coast. 2 days off road training & first aid starts Monday.
