@mkhammer with the utmost respect for what you do, please don’t talk about national security issues because and I mean this in all seriousness you don’t really know what you’re talking about. I’d be happy to chat anytime.
@DNeckel19 Or maybe it was illegal? Why choose to see everything as biased or expect people all makes decisions for nefarious reasons. People in general have integrity. Do you post everything because youreTricking or deceiving us? The law was demonstrably illegally pursued. Facts is facts.
@blloyd8298@DNeckel19 Not completely. If they’d made say 50 percent of their shots it would have been a close game. Only failure was nerves or whatever made them all miss wide open shots. The difference in the teams was only that
This has nothing to do with political party for sure. But it does have a lot to do with incompetence and a really questionable acceptance of risk. Like this hasn’t happened before? Like it’s unimaginable that you would have a heavy snowstorm and weeks of below freezing temperatures? In other words, all kinds of other places north of here have the skill and the knowledge on how to remove things watching these folks work, but they clearly have no direction and no plan and the incompetence is hard to take. They could even ask for some expertise from say the National Guard in other states but we sit in a deep Freeze and no one seems to care and they act like no one’s ever dealt with this before it is a problem don’t you think?
Because they’re not students anymore, committed to making the best of four years, committed to the school. You could put Mickey Mouse on the back of the jersey and we’d have a better idea who was “playing for” Virginia each game. ‘Wait, who’s this guy now in the game?’ More like fantasy sports, no reason to have or see team spirit. Oh well
@cwdarney They want to be here … for a year? For the money? We fans have no idea who they are anymore, and don’t really care. They won’t stay around and improve, they’ll leave for a better payout. Yawn
Unfortunately, who cares? Half of the players will leave by summer anyway. They’re not Virginia students anymore. It’s as interesting as buying used books and hoping someone smart before you highlighted all of the important parts for that mandatory class. Then sell the book after the semester. Yawn
But, not at all the same, since we can expect probably half the team to turnover by next year. No one to good for, only jersey names with no connection to the school. Not anyone’s fault but college football is now as interesting and inspires as much school spirit as a fantasy sports league. Yawn
But also insane is running back with the group who woefully underperformed last year and who largely seemed more interested in their own statistics than team success. Also why keep players who clearly care more about insignificant dollar amounts than team chemistry, unity, focus on the goal. So, we can be ok with Stearns having a vision for the team, because clearly some of the players don’t.
@DNeckel19 Our offensive coordinator always tries to be brilliant and daring.
He should just be effective. Coaches should let the players win the game and not try to make the winning call
