An LA County and community effort made up of LA County Veterans and local and county service providers, to connect Veterans to services they need in LA County.
VA Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) visits Sylmar w/ access to vaccines, housing referrals, substance use services, medical care for those not near VA facilities. DMH VPAN peers w/ Goodwill-SD3 provided add’l service linkage. MMU rotates Supervisorial Districts on a recurring basis.
