During the current pandemic many of us are struggling to maintain a daily schedule. It's important to reach out and work to maintain social contact with friends and family. Remember that Veterans around you who rely so heavily on these social connections to rebuild need it too!
Happy Counseling Awareness Month! It's crucial that as a community we encourage our Veterans to speak out about any struggles they may be experiencing and feel supported in taking steps towards what they need.
It is important to maintain both physical and mental health. Ensure that while you are staying home that Veterans that you know of are getting the help they need whether it be medication or other medical assistance. Our Veterans need their communities!
