@dustyddunaway @Billythegreater Thats why they want police budgets slashed and redirected back into neighborhoods. Because if you can build up the places where people live and bring opportunity to those areas, the thinking is that crime will decrease... Thats why people are saying defund defund

@dustyddunaway @Billythegreater Thats fair. But the city of Chicago also closed 40 CPS buildings and diverted those funds to build up tourism in the city so, draining neighborhoods of institutional support is not helping.
