@FosterHilt@DanTheOmiHomi@ecomi_ @ecomi_rhys @DavidYuNZ Hello Foster, OKX is not a very good exchange since it’s impossible to KYC and withdraw if you are from certain countries (for instance: approved countries China, Russia; « unavailable » in : France, UK, USA…). So the funds are locked in there.
I’m giving away my physical Iron Man gold variant collectible from Funko and Veve 🥳
Here’s what you need to be eligible:
• Must have at least one collectible in your VeVe wallet (I will ask for proof if you win)
• Must NOT currently own any Iron Man physical collectible from Funko & Veve
• Must cover shipping costs if shipped internationally (outside of US)
To enter, simply LIKE and RETWEET. You must be following so I can DM you. The winner will be chosen Friday, November 3rd.
* Collectible will be shipped inside of the original packaging. DOES NOT include digital redemption code.
@HodlerPatient@veve_official 30% loss for every gem bought does not seem very sustainable in the long term. Going to the web app is too much of a hassle for the average user that wants to buy 50 gems. But I don’t think apple/google will fold without a fight 😂
@vevebatman It would have been much better if they didn’t screw up the go chain minting and the IMX minting as well. Well it’s still the first drop at least.
@Areyour06821190 Well, Risso black and white has history with it, it’s not FA but it’s the first drop. The blue Risso is just a “scarce collectible”, not that much value in me eyes too
@Tripp_inVeve@rootlessgirl@veve_official@DavidYuNZ The days of turning 7$ to 20k or 333$ to 40k are almost gone. And it is normal. New users should not come in because of that possibility, but because they just want to collect what they enjoy. Of course I understand that withdrawing funds requires KYC.
@Tripp_inVeve@rootlessgirl@veve_official@DavidYuNZ With KYC, VeVe is more a niche product for big investors. The article talks about “veve’s simplicity”, mass adoption etc… maybe I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure there won’t be mass adoption if you have to KYC to buy a 7$ comic.
@Hamskies@rootlessgirl@veve_official@DavidYuNZ Of course, my point is that VeVe is supposed to be the “Walmart” or the toys r us of NFTs. That will never be the case with KYC because you need to be very serious with Veve to create an account and buy something
@rootlessgirl@veve_official@DavidYuNZ I understand that maybe they don’t have a choice for KYC, but if you had to KYC for Instagram or Twitter, there juste wouldn’t be as many users. New app that looks cool? Oh they want my ID? I’ll pass. That’s what 95% of people will do regarding VeVe
