I want to invent a new kind of involuntary gambling: I force you to pay 15% of your income into a fund—for your entire life. At 67, you start slowly getting that money back. If you live to around 82, congrats—you break even and start making a profit. But if you die before then? You and your family get nothing.
It’s basically a bet on how long you’ll live.
