The Prime Minister also said that strict steps have been taken to prevent such paper leaks in the future. Those found involved in the paper leak racket have been arrested and jailed. He appealed that they should be given the strictest possible punishment, with the support of the country’s top lawyers, so that those involved in such a grave offence face exemplary action and such incidents do not recur.

@excitel_rocks facing internet issue from morning. Regional partner visited but no resolution till now.resolution time is 24 hr but no one can keep the work awaited for 24 hr. worst service ever seen.ticket number6805740. Get it resolve in half hour.

Worst service for ever seen of @excitel_rocks. Before new con. they were supposed to add bal. days of old con. in new con. But neither I rec any bal. days nor get the better con. Every 2-3 days I had to call to support to start my int.
It is better to go for local net services

Hi @excitel_rocks What's the point of allowing to raise a service request for an issue, when the cust rep. has to bluntly deny an obvious requests.
Others (brands) seem to be a better option now. Ready to pay a bit more.
