There is a scene in @ptsdshow with a robot character just locked onto a terminal endlessly watching charts and it hit closer to home than i expected

That was basically me a few months back sitting up way too late refreshing the same chart over and over convincing myself something was about to happen

The show turns that exact behavior into comedy but watching it back made me realize how mechanical i actually became during that phase barely blinking just staring at candles

Funny how a cartoon robot staring at numbers describes real trader behavior better than most serious articles ever have

Sometimes you need to laugh at it to actually see how far it went

Anyone else recognize themselves a little too much in that robot
