@FedEx @Chewy I've spoken to both about this situation on the phone and online. Nothing productive has been done about it but apologies. I've resolved it myself and had everything routed to a local store for me to pick up and if I have to do that then I will use a local service.

I ordered the prescription diet twice, two different drivers claimed to have attempted delivery but no one was home. I was home all day both days. One sent a pic of a box on a warehouse floor and the other a pic of just the box. I'm now routing the rest to a FedEx store.
