@DVLAgovuk I sent my D1/Medical forms 3 months ago - no update or response. Website & phone indefinitely busy with “extremely busy atm, as we're currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries.” I have been eligible to drive for a year now, but DVLA are too busy to allow me?

@DVLAgovuk Thanks Rob, but the issue is I have tried several days, across several weeks at different times of day. “We apologise but due to high demand, all our lines are busy. Please try online…”. ‘Keep trying’ = enjoy the loop. I guess, enjoy my licence.
