@Theholisticpsyc I shouldn't. I do think that there are people that will let you know there is an issue and I think key here is knowing who you can give that trust to, knowing they will let you know and identifying those who won't always be forthcoming and adjusting accordingly.
@Theholisticpsyc An example of this would be a passive aggressive person who smiles in one's face but acts in subtle ways that indicate that there may be an issue. I feel like if I don't pay attention to these cues I'll be stuck giving my energy to someone who does have an issue etc. in ways that
@MsAmberPRiley The trigger could be more than just a sleep or caffeine issue to so my point was to try to pay attention to all details of your life to pinpoint what is going on so that it can be addressed.
@MsAmberPRiley But I say figuring out what the cause (trigger) is is soo important. The trigger could be a lack of sleep or too much caffeine. So important to be aware and honest with self about what the sources are so you can take steps to feeling better.
