Zomato is incapable of fulfilling its order and then providing a solution. No refund for my pre paid order. They credited me 90 for my order of 150.They straight away said no to a refund. There goes my money and I returned the food due to cold soup that was delivered an hour late

@Zomato @ZomatoIN @zomatocare an hour and a half of waiting for a soup where the restaurant had dispatched it in 10 minutes. The soup came in COLD for a sick person. There was no explanation and worst of all was the 20 min of chat wait for me to expect my refund or an explanation
