To avoid the gossip over Bibi kuwekwa Nduthi style but there were also bigger scandals

1. He refused to hand over back to the Nyayo Estate Residents Association Equity bank A/c with over 200k. They were forced to open a new account with a different bank.

He also moved out with all office equipment and furniture belonging to the association. He is NOT Welcomed in Nyayo.

2. Nyayo residents got tired of seeing their kids waking up at 4am just to catch buses to various schools. So they decided to come together to build schools within the Estate

Plots 140/296 and 140/817. The then NSSF boss Moses Cheseto offered Alai 6M so that he, Cheseto can build more Apartments on the said land instead of the schools. He was the go to man as Chair of residents

Alai told him to make it 10M so that he can bribe others officials. His vice, Victor Okwemba refused the deal and wrote about it online, forcing Alai to withdraw

In 2021, five years later, Alai forgot he was the one being used by Cheseto before the deal backfired. He was online exposing the same Cheseto as land grabber
