Sometimes, people only seem to remember us when they need help, support, advice, comfort, or strength. And because of that, we may begin to feel used, forgotten, or only valuable in certain moments.

But the truth is this: being needed does not reduce your importance. In many ways, it reveals it.

To be needed means that someone sees something in you that brings value. It means your presence carries weight. Your words can calm a situation. Your actions can solve a problem. Your kindness can lift a heavy heart. Your strength can support someone who is struggling. That is not a small thing.
