Several European nations, South Korea, Iran and Saudi Arabia will all begin developing nuclear programs, and NATO is dead.

@gmb246 @TankerTrackers If I had to guess, it's one of the ships the US seized from Venezuela (to my knowledge we didn't seize anything in the Iran dust-up). Stolen oil to enrich Trump.

But that's just a guess.
