You can criticize the Indian healthcare system all you want but the truth is, the speed and relative affordability of essential care here is hard to find elsewhere.

Same-day ultrasounds, quick emergency attention, and timely treatment are common in India.
Abroad, even basic scans can take weeks, ER waits can stretch for hours, and specialist appointments often take months even for issues causing real discomfort.

Yes, there are flaws overcrowding and infrastructure gaps but in terms of accessibility and speed, India’s healthcare system is seriously underrated.

We used to manage childhood leukemia on daycare basis in AIIMS.
Transfusions were given with a strict 20k platelet cutoff. (for FN)

I would be sued into oblivion if I tried that in private and a child with leukemia with 24k platelet gets a bleed.

All the borderline cases get more treatment - not less in private - this isn’t becuase doctor doesn’t know conservative management- it’s because you will sue the doctor for not being aggressive enough incase something goes wrong.

I’ll rephrase is so that people understand who is the real culprit.

Healthcare care infrastructure in govt hospitals is highly inadequate and Government and Political Parties have looted all citizens of their hard earned tax and still not able to provide basic services.
They have made your taxes a money making machine for themselves. They don’t care about you, your life - you’re just a number to fill their pockets. No transparency, just asking for money- vasooli but legal.

Becuase of their inefficiency- Indians who cannot afford Private healthcare are going to private hospitals and - who are providing world class services at cost which allows them to function profitably since they are not charity.

Instead of asking govt for accountability- we are blaming the wrong entity becuase we want Mercedes at the cost of Splendor. We are that entitled - but ofcourse - we won’t demand that entitlement from leaders.

But that raises a question: are modern men meant to answer for history they didn’t create?

We are not reincarnations of the past, and we don’t carry the actions of previous generations. Accountability should be based on what a person does, not what others did long before they were born.

Respect, care, loyalty, and protection should not be automatic or demanded based on history alone. In today’s world, they should be mutual and earned…given through actions, just as they are expected in return.

The past should not be used as a tool to extract unearned privileges in the present. History deserves to be understood, but not weaponized. Moral responsibility belongs to those who acted, not to those who merely came after.

If you believe the BJP introduced EWS reservations specifically for poor General Category Hindus, then you aregrossly mistaken.

Poor General Category Hindus have never truly benefited from the EWS quota due to its strict rules one major condition being the ownership of property or agricultural land. Many Hindus do not qualify because of assets held under HUF (Hindu Undivided Family), even if they are genuinely poor.

In reality, Muslims have gained the maximum advantage from the EWS reservation. This is evident from the #UPSCresult2025, where reportedly around 30 out of the 53 successful EWS candidates belong to the Muslim community reportedly.

The same pattern applies to OBC reservations. BJP govts have ensured that more and more Muslim castes are added to the OBC list.

They are betrayers, and Hindus must see through this.

Muslim couples > 3–4 kids on average

Percentage –
Muslims - 60–80%
Hindus - 20–40%

And this goes on, and in just a few generations, Hindus will vanish.
