@virginmedia Yes. I’ve been advised to setup an account in someone else’s name 🤔 It’s residential. In fact, I pay VM from MY bank account for my partner who is a VM mobile phone/ tv/broadband/landline. Supposedly nothing sales can do? If that’s the case then am I best asking bt?

@virginmedia That’s not only costs me more money and time but won’t resolve my issue. My credit is fine. I checked my equifax account. I offered to pay the entire contact in one go to get the install done. I was told this can’t be done. 14 years + customer with various properties that had VM!

@virginmedia I’ve applied online to have a new broadband install at one of my properties, 1/1/2018. Installed date booked for 15/1/2018. It said I passed all checks at the time. Email sent 11/1/2018 I failed credit checks. Called the office who say contact Equifax....
