@NeuroSjogrens @Dysautonomia I have seen his webinar via Sjogren's Europe. Tried to email but no response! A UK doc dismissed on the basis of lack of peer-reviewed publications and low case numbers, told me to beware! Grrrr!

@RideLondon Dedicated and inspiring, it takes stamina to stick it out with cheering [etc] like that! My only gripe were the people spraying riders with a hose outside their hose when it was no longer that hot (around 5pm), I didn't welcome getting wet.

Chuffed to have done the 100mile @RideLondon yesterday for @TOFS ... I only started training on 30th April and I'm the wrong side of 55 (born with OA/TOF, surgery at @GOSH) so my average 13.6mph was pleasing. Short on fundraising, you know what to do :-) https://t.co/T2NTU9vEpW
