On this Veterans Day, we honor and give thanks to all U.S. military veterans, both living and deceased, for their amazing sacrifices and service. So grateful that our country's safety and security are ensured thanks to the brave and courageous men and women in uniform.

Veterans Day was originally known as Armistice Day. It marked the end of World War I on November 11, but its purpose was expanded by Congress in 1954 to honor veterans of all wars and the present-day armed forces.
