Former Sevenoaks Town striker Yahya Bamba completes EFL move! 📈

Yahya has joined League Two side Newport County from National League side Forest Green ✍️

He scored 13 goals in 26 appearances for the Oaks, including an incredible 10 in 9 games at the end of the 2021/22 season to help steer us clear of relegation 🙌

Men are still less likely to seek medical advice, speak up when something doesn’t feel right, or access support for their mental health. Too often, problems are ignored until they reach crisis point.

Looking after yourself isn’t a sign of weakness. Whether it’s booking that health check, opening up to someone, or simply asking a mate how they’re doing, small actions can make a big difference.

If something doesn’t feel right, speak to someone. And if a friend comes to mind, give them a call.
