@NandosUK I was at your branch in breahead today. At 2pm We were told that a table would be 30 min wait I fully understand it is a Saturday and it is busy day for restaurants. After 30 min our table was ready. We ordered our food. Then waited for 35 min for our food.

cold. At this point we just want food. I have worked in food for 12 years and this is the worse service I have ever seen.

All staff were just walking up and down. No food was coming out the kitchen. We then asked to speak to a manager to ask where our food was. The manager said that this is not his store (that is not my issue). 10 min after talking to manager out food arrives only to be freezing
