I used to love my boxing if you have watched #whenthewordsawaywent u would of seen my pre stroke boxing. I was buzzing after this yesterday on my upper limb rehabilitation programme 💪🏻🥊 life’s been fantastic since the documentary my confidence has grown thank you @TheStrokeAssoc
Today me @VickyCoe86 the kids and family went to @ColchesterZoo and had a fantastic time I found all the right names for the animals #aphasia doesn’t mean you can’t have fun family time 💜
