@instagram the hacker is asking for my password for the account . Does this mean they're in control of the account or not ? So at the moment no one can get into the account ? So what was the point in hacking people ? I'm so confused #hacking #scam #con #fraud #Instagram

How am I only finding out about the two step authentication settings ?
If you haven't already go .....
Go in settings on your apps and set it up to protect your personal info & memories being hacked. 🙏

@tassiema32 I've in UK but I'm tempted to go to head office in Ireland @instagram because as you say they only do automated messages round and round in circles. It's so frustrating. The hacker has changed my email in the settings to their email , now they want passwords very intimidating 😔

All kind people over my socials offering support , their Time is money of course , but why should we be paying for things you state on your support page 'we take hacking seriously' it's quite intimidating for the hacker to be emailing for more private info? Alarming.

@_malenipoping__ How much did they charge? it's a crime to have to pay for others crimes isn't it . Thanks for heads up , I've had two tech people try to help gets to the stage of retrieving and they ask for chunks of money no one has right now. @instagram why say you take hacking seriously?
