@dhlexpressuk I have twice asked for a package to be delivered to my concierge and I continually receive a message saying there is no one at my address?! How can I make sure it is delivered to the place I have requested?

@EtihadHelp@etihad a late flight now has my sister isolating in AUH for testing positive before connection to SYD. Her bag is at AUH & won't be brought to her. She cannot collect as isolating. Now being told her bag will go to SYD & nothing can be done #AppallingCustomerService

@British_Airways Trying to get get a refund is impossible. Have rebooked flights multiple times which are then cancelled. Called 10X and getting cut off. Having been a loyal customer for years, I will now look elsewhere.
@ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople Appalling customer service trying to fix your mistake. Spent hours being passed around, ultimately told that you could not contact customer service internally and I had to do so. Waited and waited and still no one answered. Still not resolved.
@asda Appalled by your customer service. Stayed in for hours with no word on delivery, only told it had been cancelled after calling up myself hours after it was due. No explanation, no attempt to contact me, still showing as out for delivery... #neverusingasdaagain
