Beyond disgusted with @virginmedia recently ! Absolutely outrageous cost for a service that doesn’t even reach our bedroom and the audacity to charge for starting a new package (our previous contract had expired) as an addition to the standard monthly charge.

@virginmedia I have and it says it’s great however when I have done speed tests before it has been as low as 5mbps

@virginmedia They said to monitor it for the next 24 hours and otherwise to order a pod for an additional £5 per month more or for me to pay for a O2 SIM card where the pod would be “free”. Both of which are adding to an already expensive product which isn’t working as expected
