@Tesco please can you help me work this one out? It says 182g on the packaging, but when I put the sealed tub on the scales to work out how much a portion is, the tub only weighs 83g… what am I missing?

Educated by Tara westover - true story, harrowing but one of the best books I’ve ever read, I couldn’t put it down

Sports Day 2024 complete. 10k steps by 8am! My House captains in House T-shirts for the first time and leading from the front. My home made medals went down well and my colleagues dressed up for the occasion.
On reflection not the worst birthday I’ve ever had.

@HWT_PE @adidasUK @Nike @UnderArmour Got a couple of pairs from under armour a few weeks ago called women’s accelerate. They’re great, slightly longer with good pockets and a decent material.

Colleague of mine just got a very similar pair from decathlon also

@RishiSunak Unless you need care due to illness and then you don’t have dignity or security you need to spend all the savings you had and when that runs out you get moved and get support. Whilst if you didn’t you’ll get help straight up

@londonteacher_ Sounds like tennis balls. I taught lesson 1 Thursday with a half full tub, came to teach Friday 2 (only 1 other tennis lesson had happened) and there was 3 balls left!
