Dear Parents. Please talk to your children about suicide. My son had a friend who was thinking about killing himself last night and was texting him, he didn't know what to say to his friend and asked me to navigate the situation. By the end of our chat his friend was feeling better. Check up on your kids and make sure they're okay and that their friends are okay.
Thank you for all yr comments & replies. I know we can’t solve the issues in #care but I hope by sharing examples of good & poor practise we can influence important conversations & empower more ppl to make a stand. For me this is the ultimate #carehome model for PLWD #dementia 🦋
