@MartinSLewis £3,500 electric bill for an empty house (late mother-in-laws) took at least 6 months to resolve. They had the wrong meter info, they had the next door neighbours instead but it was us who discovered this as they were adamant we had used the electric! Ombudsman got involved.

@SarahMillican75 3rd degree mouth burns are worth it. Any toastie with tomato in it is a different animal all together! Burned chin and cleavage are both in the risk assessment but again worth the pain.
