@DVLAgovuk hello, I just got married and am trying to change my name. On form D1 you ask for “the serial number of the document you’re enclosing” my Irish marriage cert doesn’t have a document number! What should I do?

@Ryanair I’m sorry but it’s our wedding and this is not good enough. I’ve booked flights with a different airline & I would like a full refund please. I booked full priority as we needed bags for all our suits & my dress so it wasn’t cheap. I can’t risk not getting to my own wedding
