@svembu In America, you can sue the Government and force it to pay if they did something wrong. Has anyone ever successfully sued the Indian government and won relief? or force a change in the law?

@svembu The answer to this question is systemic corruption and impediments to entrepreneurship. In America, the legal, banking and social systems are designed to get out of the way of people trying to build things. In india, everyone wants a bribe. Everyone tries to cheat.
