@Gabepluguez I’m 5’11, decently muscular and fluctuate now between 185 and 195. At 170, that is extremely ripped, early morning first thing after waking up dehydrated weight. Although I may look optimal (from a bodybuilding perspective) I am very weak and cannot defend myself at all.
