@saisherif40 @techmahindracsr @C_P_Gurnani @anandmahindra How can you expect freshers to clear your advanced coding round without any training?Your contest is acceptable only when you conduct it after a training for the placed people.But without training,how can you expect them to clear coding round (even for cs background)? Instead of getting placed to your company, at least if we were selected to any startup , we would have been in a good position now. If you don't need 7k placed students, then for what sake you recruited in that large count?
