@VictimsToo Thank you for following. Might it be possible to get a RT? I'm currently trying to reach women to ensure their thoughts and experiences are included. Participation is completely anonymous and should take approximately 15 minutes: https://t.co/qcmBoeFn0q

Incredibly grateful to be invited to @ClarenceHouse to celebrate the 50th anniversary of @refugecharity . Speaking to so many other passionate people who were inspired by my work was a surreal moment.
Got to visit a refuge today and met so many brave and incredible individuals🤍
To label it an empty victory is beyond disrespectful - especially to those who had been directly effected by the law over the time it has ever existed. Why is it not possible we deserve strong support structures whilst obtaining victories such as this?

To all the male survivors of abuse, I hear you and I see you. You are not forgotten and this law change is for you too. Your voice is your strength and there is always power in your story🤍
We have won! The law in England and Wales will change to support victims of domestic abuse. The time limits on reporting domestic abuse incidents will be increased to 2 years (from 6 months)!
My campaign through @VictimsToo is a complete success 😭❤️

I stand #WithHer to end all forms of violence against women and girls in Uganda.
For one to start their healing journey, they need a safe environment that enables them to verbalise their emotions.
Believe survivors🧡
Believe their voices and stories🧡
#16Days, #OrangeTheWorld.
For #IDEVAW2021 we held a panel discussion on violence against women and steps we can take to support its elimination @anna_bull_@SEAResource

Huge congratulations to @EricaOsakwe for being named one of @marieclaireuk's future shapers! Erica founded @VictimsToo after being let down by the justice system and has now helped changed the law to support other survivors in the future.
