@sqfnigeria Do you guys even know what this delay is costing me? Atleast give me something a timeframe when it will be processed or if there’s an issue, what seems to be the issue so it can be resolved and my withdrawal processed

@pobroker I tried to withdraw it was declined I tried again and I was asked to upload documents, I don't know what documents to upload and I can't see where to upload it, I contacted customer care, I've provided my bank statements, what else is needed to give me a response
