4th grade has been working on bringing Stem into Gym using Makey Makey. Each group brainstormed, planned, created, demonstrated, and presented their project to an observer. It was awesome! But most of all extremely grateful for the Carol Aulabaugh Grant that made this possible.

Today in fitness class, we concentrated on mental fitness using mindful relaxation techniques. It is so important for our students to learn ways to decompress and slow down and that mental fitness is just as important.
