Today I visited the @NuffieldHealth in Newcastle, the service was fantastic but looking around it was all hard working people that had paid into the state all there working lives but could rely on the @NHSuk because it’s been abused by people who shouldn’t be in this country

It’s simple.. if you are a uk resident &/ or paid into the country you can’t use the nhs.
You should need to be a uk citizen first a certain length of time before you can apply to use it.
It’s not a free option in any other country
