The letter, which I have signed on behalf of USI, calls for all stipends to be increased to €28,000 in order to address inflation, the housing and cost-of-living crises, and in recognition of government's valuation of postgrad research as seen in @DeptofFHed recent initiative.
This week Maynooth University final years:
- completed 3 months of online assessment
- competed thier degree
- found out there will be no graduation ceremony
- found out majority of thier masters will be online
