@CitImmCanada, when applying for immigration what document does "Observations" refer to - is this the observations page of a passport?

@CitImmCanada Thanks! Here's what it looks like on the upload page: note the other required doc with no instructions. We've uploaded a copy of the observations page of the applicant's passport in case that's what they mean, but we haven't submitted yet because we don't know.

@CitImmCanada We were asked to submit a statutory declaration of common-law union & when we go to upload it in GCKey there is also a spot to upload a replacement doc called 'Observations', apparently required, but we were never asked for this & don't know what it is? Can you help?
