I recently knew someone who had moved off at a green light and a taxi man went through the red light at & hit them & destroyed the car. If it had hit the gas tank that can cause a fire. The world trade is interconnected and not that simplistic. However consumerism in US could be reduced but it will affect the US economy. 2 dolls instead of 30?

So tariffs affects large & small businesses. I know of a start up that has to be put on pause as product made in US but packages come from China. No comparable package in US or other markets. Product cannot be priced without clarity on tariffs.
