@ThePaulLaidlaw Auction houses win either way, charging the vendor collection fees, commission, a lotting fee and for photos, then commission to the buyer....all for something they have not purchased or sold whilst in their ownership. Some are worse than others, but reform is needed.

@thestrayferret They should be looking to work on the next local plan, and influence sooner, rather than later. If a site is in the plan, then it will likely be developed. Strong voices needed, not nodding political donkies.
