Beginning May 1 Enbridge Natural Gas will begin charging excavators in Ontario a $200 [CAD] per field locates.

Anyone seen this before? I've never encountered it. Cheap import PVC fence has all the caps colour matched via paint.
They're already starting to chip/bubble.

This hot tube was moved to a new location with a fresh concrete pad and received a platform/small stair. To secure the access we built this little enclosure. Again D&D Hardware.

If you look in the background you can see Lake Erie.
