#EVRI you've had my parcel since 20/11, said it was out for delivery 21/11. This didn't happen, no sign on the Sat or Sun either, on Mon the tracker said it was back at the depot. Your customer service said it would be with me today, still no parcel. Where is it?

@MicrosoftHelps Thank you for your reply. I have been down this avenue of support and was left with no resolution. I was told that the serial number wasn't showing on your records, even though it was legitimately purchased from a well known UK retailer and that we were to take it up with them.
