Recent work led by @ChongLi_cl from the @Knoblich_lab and @TreutleinLab teams at @IMBA_Vienna, @viennabiocenter showcased a groundbreaking method to study the effects of high-risk autism spectrum disorder (ASD) genes on brain development!

Using the novel CRISPR-Human Organoids-Single-Cell RNA Sequencing (CHOOSE) system, they've been able to identify how perturbing these genes can affect cell fate in cerebral organoids.

This was previously unachievable due to the complexity of the brain and the limitations of existing research methods. Their findings open up new avenues for understanding and potentially treating autism spectrum disorder. This work is a significant step towards personalized medicine for neurodevelopmental disorders.

@dehdh_ @CSTXPolice Lakewalk sucks. My husband and I left after the FIRST shooting a few months ago and they charged us A LOT. We ended up paying like $5000.00 to get out… goodluck with that.
