Local @Tesco home delivery cust serv an absolute joke. Food didn’t turn up, no info, left up until after midnight wondering for an 8-9 slot. No apology or amends despite a web complaint. Tesco is lucky to have kind, efficient John on the phones, only reason we’ll use Tesco again

What was going on over stretch of track between Kenley & Purley last night @SouthernRailUK ? The train was moving so slowly and we could hear horrible noises from the train in our house from 1:15 to nearly 1:45??
