I concluded that it is best to be informed, ask good questions, use credible sources, but not let fear or misinformation stop anyone from protecting themselves and the people around them.

I just finished my research on vaccinations and wanted to share a few things that I learnt.

First one is the common worries about vaccines like the mRNA "changing your DNA," and I didn't know enough to push back.

The second one is that there are no real substitutes for vaccines. Healthy eating, sleep, and exercise are all great for your immune system, but none of them train your body to recognize and fight a specific pathogen the way a vaccine does.
